Day 141 - January 24, 2010
June 20, 1924 to Aug 21, 2000
I was helping my Mom go through some pictures of Dad, and we found this picture I took of Grandma Jackson. I took this about 1999.
Its a scan and I did do some minor repair work on scratches. I decided to use this picture to honor, my best friend, whom pasted away in 2000.

My first Self Portait of the Year!
I went for a drive this afternoon and caught these shots.
The hill and the sky almost merge into one.
This next shot, is a brush fire, controlled I hope.

Day 138 - January 21, 2010
So after taking no pictures Wednesday, I wanted a wicked picture Thursday.
I took this picture yesterday at Hawrelak Park, this is around the skating pond. I wanted to make this an old style feel to it so I crumpled up some paper added it as a layer to the picture and got this result.

Pink Haze was kinda cool to see.
Pink Sunset, the color of the sky matched the color of the snow.

Day 133 - January 16, 2010
I was visiting my friend Ann today, and her sweet little one Carrie-Anne.
So I dug out my camera and took some pictures.
This is my favorite of the all of them, so I did some editing as I wanted to bring more soul into the pictures. And I believe I accomplished this with these two edits.

Day 128 - January 11, 2010
This is my first my attempt at Macro, this is why it is a little blurry.
I did some cool editing, I think to hide it.
I hope it worked.
Day 127 - January 10, 2010
An actual driving shot that is not to blurry, WHOOT!
I cropped it so the crack in the windshield wasn't as obvious.

I took a bunch of random pictures around the house and I got an interest angle and shot from the inside of the washing machine. I did no editing on this.
Day 121 - January 4, 2010
I didn`t take any pictures Monday, I have been doing inventory at work so it has been week already.
This picture is from my Christmas Break with my family, its one of my favorites.

Day 119 - January 2, 2010
So I guess another bad start to the year, so far I'm playing with my editing functions on two programs just to get something to post.
I know I have lots to learn with my DSLR. I hope I learn fast.
So this is me, tricked out on some old photo, and film grain effect.
Just added a shot from my kitchen window to the cloudy, yet setting sun.
I did some texturizing on the photo for some added depth.
Day 118 - January 1, 2010
Merry New Years Everyone.
Start of a new year is kinda scary. This blog is the only regular thing about me these days.I am hoping with my new camera many wonderful pictures for 2010.
I am not starting off the new year so well.
Above is a bad self portrait.
I didn't shoot much as I was helping a friend yesterday and didn't have much of a chance to.
So in looking at my other shots I was able to take, I am hoping with creative editing, this turns out for the shot below.
