Day 23 - September 30, 2009

Driving around after work, I came across this park in a residental area on the westend of Edmonton. It was nice to see the fountains still running, as I was looking for a shot with a fountain, about a week ago, and today here it was.

Day 22 - September 29, 2009

Inspiration was sadly lacking today, so here is some Autumn in my backyard, courtesy of my cranberry bush.

Day 21 - September 28, 2009

Tonights sunset struck me, as a jet stream flew across the sky, silhouetted is the tree line and the Catholic Church.

Above is a tree branch in my backyard that snapped off in the heavy winds we had today. This from my Mountain Ash tree.

Day 20 - September 27, 2009

Went for a drive yesterday afternoon to capture Autumn. I did this panoramic to capture it all.

This picture below, was a sweet find, taken at the same place as the Panoramic.

A rebuilt 1957 Chevy 1/2 ton step-side.

Day 19 - September 26, 2009

Saturday was such a busy day, the only time I had to shoot, was when I was leaving for my ball team's bbq. This is just over Spruce Grove.

Day 18 - September 25, 2009

So I couldn't decide which I liked better. So I picked both. Guess because of my productive day, these show what is going through my mind. So hopefully this weekend will show some more creativity.

Day 17 - September 24, 2009

Day 16 - September 23, 2009

Day 15 - September 22, 2009

Day 14 - September 21, 2009

Today was a quiet day on the shooting spree, after work I went down to the Royal Alberta Museum to look around outside. I found this gentlemen ready to pose and he did a good job and stayed still while I took a few angels. Dave pointed out that is one didn't look touristy. I did not do much on Photoshop as I found editing Art is not a good thing despite your good intentions.

Day 13 - September 20, 2009

I went on a Sunday afternoon drive with Mom today to go find a ghost town. Turned out to be closed for the season, it was called Em-Te Town, down by Alder Flats. Since I didn't get those shots, I did get several good ones, it was hard to choose. So this one is my favorite.

Below are a few others I took, so I hope you enjoy them as well.

Day 12 - September 19, 2009

Ok, So I was a little bummed I have no picture to post. But last night I did take this picture with my cell phone, best picture I took all day, as I am not going to post embarrassing pictures of my ball team on here. I will save that for Facebook. This has been my motto for the last several years.

Day 11 - September 18, 2009

So I was running late this morning for work, and part of it was to take this picture, the colors were so awesome and wicked I had to catch this sunrise, it was a great way to start the day on a Friday, and to start the weekend.

Day 10 - September 17, 2009

I went chasing a rainbow today, and this is what I caught. I was surprised to get good color.

This is same rainbow, just another shot.

Day 9 - September 16, 2009

I had trouble with finding something to shoot today due to time, and was at a friends place, and Kaley, the cat decided to pose for me, I did not have my camera handy so borrowed his and got this curious look from her. In using his camera, which is a Canon 40D  with Canon 17mm – 85mm F3.5 – F5.6 Zoom lens, you can see the difference in detail between his camera and mine, which is a KODAK M1063. Although mine does fit nicely in my purse.

Day 8 - September 15, 2009

This Fall is being so kind to me, this is one bloom of five I have coming off my long stem rosebush "Opening Night".

Day 7 - September 13, 2009

This is the track not taken, or at least the track not to be remembered.
These tracks made me feel lonely, they were toren up and cast aside.

Day 6 - September 13, 2009

I was looking for something interesting, and looked towards the sun, and found reflections and shadow.

Sunday, September 13, 2009

Day 5 - September 12, 2009

Okay I think this is a what not to do, I was driving over the train tracks trying to take the shot and steady was my hand I think not...though it kinda cool. It was not what I was going for.

Saturday, September 12, 2009

Day 4 - September 11, 2009

I tried to be creative, an get a squirrel's eye view. Or at least a human's eye view looking down a tree branch.

Thursday, September 10, 2009

Day 3 - September 10, 2009

So I was lazy today, and didn't know what to shoot so I wandered around my backyard and I think I lucked out.

Day 2 - September 9, 2009

So I was in the mood for something different, something that said Alberta!

And this is what I found.

Day 1 - September 8, 2009

Just off of 16A.
On my drive home yesterday, I saw some funky clouds so I pulled over and took this picture.
